What To Expect

We offer multiple services and times to worship.  Sunday mornings begin at 9:00 am with a Traditional Sunday Worship service in our Sanctuary. A second blended Worship Service takes place at 10:30am in our Life Center were we blend traditional hymns and contemporary Christian worship music.

 We have a youth group that meets on Sunday evenings, from 5:30pm- 7:00pm.  It is for children  8 to 17 years of age, held in the basement of the church. 

We also offer a mid-week opportunity to fellowship and apply biblical teachings in our Life Group study on Wednesday nights starting at 6:30 pm .  

So what do I expect of a typical service?  We’re glad you asked!   Here at Canton we celebrate Christ in blended worship, which means that we love the old hymns, but are also moved through contemporary music.  Our sermons will always challenge you and leave you with something to ponder throughout the week.  Our goal is to present scripture in such a way that we learn to apply scripture to our lives.  -

Be comfortable!  You’re likely to see anything from shorts and t-shirts to typical Sunday morning styles.  You probably won’t see many ties, we’re just not that fancy!

We love kids and we believe in doing things family style.  Children worship with their parents but go to their own classes during the pastor’s sermon.  Each class is led by a qualified adult and student helper and safety is always our number one priority.  Children learn and apply scripture each week in a fun, but challenging atmosphere so they might grow in Christ.
